If unsatisfied with bill payment, Metikon Engineering provides an exchange of the product if communicated within 7 days of payment, and has proof of purchase from Metikon Engineering.
All products sold to business customers are warranted by Metikon Engineering Limited if the defects in the retrieval are under normal use for 7 days date of purchase from Metikon Engineering Limited.
Metikon Engineering Limited disclaims any liability for consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Metikon Engineering Limited’s liability in all circumstances is limited to the purchase price paid for the product that gives rise to any liability.
Product exchange must be made within 7 days from date of purchase, unless specified differently. Exchanged products must follow these conditions: (1) has proof of purchase. Product exchange may be denied or subjected to restocking fees and other charges, all of which are under the discretion of Metikon Engineering Limited. We require a detailed statement if there are special circumstances we should be aware of while we are investigating your claim. If the product cannot be recovered through no fault of the carrier, the claim will be likely declined.
All Metikon Engineering Limited services are sold as on demand during point of sale unless otherwise negotiated.
